- lost parcel = not my responsibility, it’s the courier’s fault. after all items are shipped i no longer have controls for the courier.
- no cancellations once oc is sent.
cancelled order = will pay 50% or half of the total price.
- strictly payo or negotiated dop but with nrdp payo (nrdp will be negotiated with the seller)
